Terms of Use
1. The game
Crown Uplink is a logic puzzle game published under the name Yat 32 by Todor Mazgalov, Bulgaria. By installing or using it you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with its services.
3. Power cells, badges and progress
Power cells, badges, times and progress are game features with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, exchanged or redeemed for money, and we may rebalance them (for example the recharge time or the reward for watching an ad).
4. "Unlimited" subscription
- Unlimited is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
- It gives unlimited power cells, removes ads, and includes future protocols, tiers and modifiers while it is active. Badges and progression are never sold.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
5. Accounts
Signing in is optional and only used to sync your save and subscription across devices. You can sign out or delete your account in Settings at any time.
6. Third-party services
The app uses services from Google (Firebase, AdMob), RevenueCat and the app stores; their terms apply to their parts. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
