Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Crown Uplink ("the app") is published under the name Yat 32 by Todor Mazgalov, Bulgaria, who is the controller of your personal data. Contact for anything privacy-related: support@yat32.com.
2. Playing as a guest
You can play without an account, offline. Your progress, best times, badges, energy and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or using Settings → Data → Wipe local data removes them.
3. What we process, and why
- Optional account (sync). If you choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple, Google Firebase Authentication receives your name, email address (or an Apple private relay address) and an account ID, and your game save (progress, best times, badges, energy, settings) is stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the European Union (Frankfurt) so it can follow you to your other devices.
- Purchases. The "Unlimited" subscription is sold and charged by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment details. RevenueCat, Inc. receives the store's purchase receipt, an anonymous app user ID (or your account ID when you are signed in) and basic device information to verify the subscription and restore it on your devices.
- Rewarded ads. Players without a subscription can choose to watch a video ad to recharge power cells. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process your device's advertising identifier, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, your interactions with the ads, diagnostic data about the app and the ads, and your consent choices. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first (Google's consent form); you can change your choice anytime under Settings → Privacy choices. Subscribers see no ads.
- Analytics. Google Analytics for Firebase records how the game is used — for example runs started and finished, purchases and settings changes — together with an app-instance ID, device model, OS version and approximate country. We do not send names, email addresses or the content of your save to analytics.
- Reminders. The optional daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device; no server is involved.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Account and sync, and purchases: performance of a contract with you. Personalised ads: your consent. Analytics and keeping the service secure: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the game.
5. Sharing and transfers
We use these processors: Google LLC / Google Ireland (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Analytics for Firebase, AdMob), RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription management), Apple and Google (app stores). Some of them process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
Account data and the cloud save are kept until you delete your account. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Purchase records are kept by the stores and RevenueCat as required by law.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@yat32.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
8. Deleting your account
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and your cloud save immediately; the copy on your device stays until you wipe it or uninstall the app. You can also request deletion by email — see Delete your account.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We will post any change on this page with a new effective date.
